When I first saw this week’s photo challenge theme I was resolved not to participate, but then I changed my mind
.
Here are some snaps of the street demonstrations in Rome which I witnessed in late November last year. This group of young people were resolved to change their government and they managed to do so.
I wish my people were this resolved.
Here is the tune to listen….

It’s always interesting to see some demonstration photos
Yeah, I hope to see them in my neighbourhood soon
Thanks CG
Did you listen to Queen?
No. I’m working too much heavy software and large files now to play music through the computer.
Don’t worry. Have fun with PS
We will ‘rock’ you Paula…

Have a wonderful weekend… !!
Not too hard please
Have a great one yourself, Bams!
Amazing photos Paula!
Hello Anne
These are snaps nothing much, but I could feel the energy and the change in the air… It was exciting to see… We don’t have it that often in my country….
That’s what I love about them – believing we can make a difference and going out there to show the world. Powerful!
Yes, and it worked …..
Let’s hope the new government will make the nation more content…
“Buddy you’re a boy make a big noise” ‘hahaha’
- just like ducks or even drakes…
The italian boys and girls did it with great sense – impressive – and very understandable that they got enough of the system’s self-satisfaction..
You can always count on danish black drakes…
that they will fly all the way here … that would be the sight… and can I then hope they will chase my pooping friend off my balcony too?
Yeah your poping balcony friend too
and all it will cost is a double Ristretto Espresso or 2…
You are low maintenance my friend
I can even offer you cafe grappa
Wonderful, I like that…
Bravo,Paula !
Your usual energy,here!
buen trabajo! i love this post and have one about the bahia de caraquez ‘march’ that will compliment yours! finishing work on a fence trumps posts right now, and one more is in line ahead of that one… i love this post, though, and i love how you captured the spirit of that group! z
Thank you so much Lisa. I will drop by later to see your post
Bravo,Paula, your usual energy!

The energy of change – how exciting and always so good to witness. Well done Paula! Perhaps you can start the movement where you are . . .
I appreciate your support Patti
We’ll see… I’d rather not have any reason to rebel and enjoy my time somewhere quietly on some Italian lake
Tutto bene?
I soliti complimenti !

Sai, vado publicare altro post sta serra. Will you be here another hour or so to check it out? It is about Italy. Ti bacio.

Great entry for this week theme Paula ,Thanks for sharing
Thank YOU Jake
I agree… the only danger is when educated youth topple a government and then the uneducated religious hi-jack their revolution… point & case: Egypt! I was so happy for them but so disappointed to see how its turning out to be right now. I’m hopeful that one day they’ll get corrected.
Yes, you are right… there is always a possibility for it to turn into something totally different. Shame about Egypt….
A wonderful example of resolve.
Thank you for visiting my blog today. I appreciate the time you took to stop by. May your day be filled with joy and peace.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Very clever interpretation, and perfect song as always! I gave up on this one
