SUNDAY POST: Goals

Something keeps calling me to Italian lakes over and over again, and it shall be one of my goals for this summer. Hopeful to discover more places like Orta San Giulio I am enclosing a photo I took two summers ago.

Thank you Jake for making us think of our goals or in my case dreams ;) . I’ve just realised this is my 100th post :) I hope it is milestone-worthy.

    I never made it to Orta, but would love to do so. This is such a fabulously wistful shot. I have no idea what my goals are for this year. Better give it some thought!

    So lovely a scene there you have taken .. never been to the Lakes – I have obviously missed out ;-)

    The places where you only meet the local people on their “home ground”
    without too many tourists are the best experiences – in my eyes… :-)

    Rene’ and I adore lago d’Orta , and the surrounding villages.We spent there a very pleasant week last year and think to go back sometimes….
