Looking for meanings in words, images and sounds
I like more this version “I like some animals more than some people, some people more than some animals” (Jane Goodall – english scientist)… 😀
Oh dear, Paula. This sounds like a big hurt. Some people are simply not worth bothering with, especially those who emit toxic fall-out.
Sending you a hug 🙂
Thank you, Tish. I shouldn’t give importance to people that don’t matter especially when they only come from blogosphere. (I blame it on myself for giving them the power). Hugs

Now you know why I do prefer animals Paula. They understand way better as well. As for your answer to Tish – you’re right. You shouldn’t give importance to those kind of people especially if they’re from the blogosphere. Sometimes we only see the top layer and never what’s really going on inside others. Keep doing what you are doing so well and let it go. What may seem as ingratitude to you, may be something quite different for the other person. I am sorry you got hurt and I know it’s not a good feeling. Feel better soon. 😀 ♥ Hugs ♥
I knew that about you and I always understood you, Sophia. It’s really kind of you for coming here to comfort me. xo
You’re very welcome sweetie. I’m always here for you. 😀 ♥ Hugs ♥
Paula I am sending you a hug. It sounds like you have been hurt and that is never a good feeling.
Thank you, Sue, for caring.
You and my daughter would get on so well. Owls too. I hope the experiences that led to this post weren’t too lacerating.
Meeting mean, petty, ungrateful and arrogant people always gets to me. She is from your continent.
I can totally relate to that.
There’s no shortage of jackasses in the world. Don’t let the little bastards get you down.
I’m not sure but I think the quote may have come from Paul Watson.
je partage aussi cette pensée parfois…
Oh Paula, so sorry to hear . . . easy enough to suggest not letting it get to you. Some people never know the impact their words can have, or they simply don’t care. Onwards and upwards!
I was just saying this same thing this morning! 😆
Why am I not surprised? 😀 😉
People are unreliable! They’re only good for fucking.
Sorry to hear this has happened to you, Paula.
As you know, I’m a dragon. Do you need me to breathe fire on someone?
Thank you for the offer Draco :). She is on your island so it would be quite possible, but nah, ungreatful people are miserable by default; I don’t need to add to.that.
Sorry this happened to you. Hope you are able to move on:)
Thank you very much Jesh. It was just an unpleasant encounter on blog. It was helpful to vent.
So sorry to hear, Paula… There’s always one that can be a nuisance… Don’t let them get you down… Not worth the aggravation… Much love and hugs… Lor
I love Draco’s offer, Paula. That’s what I call a gentleman 🙂
Hope you’ve got it out of your system with this post. Not what you need when you’re feeling below par anyway. I just stopped by to see what Sunday had brought. Sticks and stones it seems. You know you have an army of people who love what you do.
I’m just one of them 🙂
You can be so sweet 🙂 Love you Jo.
It’s difficult to disagree with this.
I think Draco’s offer is worth serious consideration. Whoever it is deserves a good charring for hurting our dear Paula 😀
Aha questa parte “Whoever wrote that one, he was reading my mind.” Diceva che chiunque a inventato questa citazione, che aveva leggio il mio cervello. Capisci adesso?
ah ok … ora ho capito!
