Today the Black and White Sunday theme is a religious building. You have until next Saturday to post something fitting. Leave me the links to your posts… I’ll be waiting….
To all those who celebrate, happy Easter!
Check out entries for this Black & White Sunday. Click on the titles bellow:
Now THAT is some huge church. Eastern (Russian?) Orthodox? And in which country would that be? It’s magnificent. Black and white is brilliant for architecture.
It just shouts Italian. For a minute I thought it was going to be Venice but as I scrolled down on my phone I saw not. Love the priest to set the scene.
Have restful rest of the weekend Paula.
I’ve been driving all morning but here is my link at last: http://travelwithintent.com/2015/04/05/st-francis-in-vienna/
You read my reply to the other comment or you’ve been there before? Thank you, my dear Dina. I am sorry for being a bad blogging buddy and for my scarce visits. My best to you guys. I think of you even when I don’t visit xo
Thank you Paula. It was originally just a bland and a bit boring jpeg file, so I did some photoshop magic on it to turn it into something a bit more interesting.
Yes, the angle really makes this special. Such an imposing image, and a great sense of time too, as if this photo had been taken several centuries ago. You’ve been time travelling, Paula, and didn’t tell us 🙂
I love the slant and the figure and, as always, the sharpness of the image. Hope relaxation has been happening for you.

I was appalled to hear the neighbours drilling walls on Easter morning and it put me in a vile mood. I’m relaxing now. Blessings to you, Meg.
