Lovely shot Paula, it definitely captures the idea of passing time with its slight vintage look. And I love your quote – very true – and I’m glad you have been original when most of us haven’t!

I hope so too 🙂 I had too much stress at work to take care of my health, but as of next week I am starting physio exercises, and doing a tooth bridge so it will be “take care of your health” time, and then, then I will be whole and happy and ever present here 🙂 xo

That’s a beautiful composition, Paula. The positioning of those hands convey an intense sense of helplessness and exasperation. In today’s hectic, restless and fast paced world aimed at being more and more ‘productive’, we end up being overworked, over stressed and overburdened. And life often gets reduced to a race against time. Personally, I see this image as an expression of this fact. For me, this is one of your best images 🙂

Thanks, sweetie. The sculpture is several feet away and it is considerably lower than the clock in the photo. It took some maneuvering to achieve this illusion 🙂

I am smiling imagining you crouching on a sidewalk or bench. I can often be found in some rather interesting pose trying to get just the right angle. 🙂

Thank God, I did not have to crouch. I still can’t do it, Sue, and I am not sure when I will be able to take stairs either up or down. It has been really hard these past six months with my knee, and I only dared to take my camera outside some weeks ago.
