Where Summer turns into Fall

And conical mountains above

Receive the first snow

That’s where I call home

  2. “Neighbours of the heart” – what a lovely concept to match a superb photo with so many things I love: reflections, high peaks with snow, ripples, autumnal colours. Maybe I’ll see them in reality in Zakopane! But I certainly won’t capture them so exquisitely.

    • Oh dear Jo, thank you, and I so wish your “sense” was right, but I am not doing well at all, but trying to distract me. I should be hopeful despite everything. Have a good night. Appreciate your visit a lot.

  3. Autumn is also my favourite season Paula and your photo is perfect for this challenge. I dream of autumn coming here in Oz while I struggle with the heat and humidity of our summer.

    • I can totally identify with that, Pauline. That’s one of the reasons I like spending summer holidays (which are usually only 10 days long) high up in the mountains to get away from the summer heat in the city. Heat on the asphalt is the worst.

      • My travelling was usually timed around weather zones, but I will be home for a while now so will just have to put up with the heat, but only a few more weeks and it will start to cool down.
